CERES (Chemical Emergency Response E-Service) is a collaborative application for chemical release event modeling, fire incident, explosions, threat assessment, situational awareness, and protective action decision support.
CERES free version offers access to ALOHA chemical dispersion model and to all ERG Guide 2020 emergency response distances in a Google Map environment.CERES runs on your desktop, mobile device or tablet.
CERES PRO integrates live meteorological data, gas and radiation sensors data, live traffic, GIS data, emission sources and sensitive receptors, phone locations and fleet tracking devices with advanced government vetted models and guides. Special sensor driven algorithms are used for release source location identification and release rate estimation, to prepare for, respond to, and analyze chemical release, fire or explosion events – anywhere – any time – on any device including an offline mode with automatic data synchronization for when internet connectivity is restored.

"Vlahi" means "Romanians". It is a historical term from the Middle Ages assigned to population that lives in the Carpato-Danubiano-Pontic geographical space. We named our company "Vlahi Systems LLC" because we are proud of our heritage and unique culture.
We always keep CERES in synch with the latest ALOHA release. As of today the model version is 5.4.7.

We offer complimentary refunds within the first 30 days to give you ample time to assess the application to ensure it meets your needs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know by sending an email to sales@vlahi.com and we will fully refund your money, no questions asked.

After the one month free trial the subscription automatically renews for a month or a year, unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of trial period. Your account will be charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the Apple Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
